
Become a Vendor for RAGBRAI 2025 in Iowa Falls!
Iowa Falls is proud to host an overnight stop for RAGBRAI 2025, and we’re inviting food service vendors — both for-profit and non-profit — to be a part of this exciting event! Estimated Attendance: 15,000+ Riders and Guests
This is your chance to serve thousands of guests, showcase your food, and be part of a once-in-a-lifetime community event! All accepted vendors will be included in official maps (both print and online) distributed to all riders.
Vendor Fees

Non-Profit Organizations: $150

For-Profit Organizations: $600

Application Requirements
To apply, you must submit:

A completed vendor application

Proof of liability insurance ($1 million minimum coverage)

Sales Tax Permit

State Food License (must be printed and displayed at the event)
📌 Application Deadline: June 23, 2025
Late applications will incur a $100 late fee and are not guaranteed approval.
Vendor Locations
Most vendor spots will be in Downtown Iowa Falls, near the entertainment and beverage garden.
Optional vendor space is available at the high school campground (by request).
Each vendor space measures 10' deep x 20' wide — multiple spaces may be requested.
Selection Process
Vendor approvals are based on space availability, type of vendor, and community needs.
All applications are subject to review by the Iowa Falls RAGBRAI Committee.
